Manpreet Minhas

Manpreet Singh Minhas is a founding partner of Minhas Lawyers LLP. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.

Manpreet practices in the area of Real Estate and Business Law. In Real Estate law, Manpreet’s practice encompasses both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Manpreet offers professional and knowledgeable representation to his clients on all aspects of Real Property Purchases, Sales, Mortgage Refinancing, Transfer of Estate Land, Business Asset Purchase, Share Purchase, Mortgage Enforcement Proceedings, Private Lending, Commercial and Residential leases, Gas Station Transactions, Hotel and Motel Transactions, Vacant Land, at each stage of a transaction from drafting and negotiating the agreements and leases, to closing the transaction. In his Business Law practice, Manpreet provides strategic counsel to clients on all business matters, from the incorporation and formation of their businesses, drafting by-laws, shareholder agreements to business acquisitions, leasing matters, contract draft and negotiation.

Manpreet is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Association.

In addition to his legal practice, Manpreet is actively involved in many charities and makes significant contributions to the community. Manpreet listens to music and plays golf in his free time.
